Until 1215 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 803 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen in far east-central Indiana. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the advisory area through the next several hours. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. Northern Dearborn County in southeastern Indiana. * Until 1000 PM EDT. * At 924 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Batesville, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD. Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT. Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include. Batesville, Lawrenceburg, Greendale, Bright, Hidden Valley, Oldenburg, Guilford, Logan, Manchester, Sunman, St. Leon, West Harrison, Napoleon, Cedar Grove, Huntersville, Penntown, Interstate 74 at US Route 52, Rockdale, Sharptown, and Saint Peter.
