The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers. Mill Creek at Evendale. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Mill Creek at Evendale. * WHEN. Until this morning. * IMPACTS. At 12.0 feet, Lowland flooding of the Mill Creek floodplain occurs with water approaching some buildings along the creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 12:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 11.7 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 12.2 feet early this morning. It will then fall below flood stage early this morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

The following counties in northern Kentucky, Boone, Campbell and Kenton. The following counties in Ohio, Brown, Clermont, Hamilton and Highland. * WHEN. Until 1000 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 404 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. Cincinnati, Covington, Florence, Independence, Norwood, Erlanger, Fort Thomas, Newport, Loveland, Madeira, Edgewood, Alexandria, Elsmere, Cheviot, Fort Mitchell, Villa Hills, Highland Heights, Milford, Taylor Mill and Bellevue.

Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 403 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include.
