At 534 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near North Vernon, or 8 miles east of Seymour, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD. Winds in excess of 30 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. North Vernon, Vernon, Hayden, and Country Squire Lakes. This includes Interstate 65 near mile marker 51.
