Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include. Peebles, Winchester, Seaman, Blue Creek, Cherry Fork, Dunkinsville, Wamsley, and Cedar Mills.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 751 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. Cincinnati, Norwood, Forest Park, Fort Thomas, Sharonville, Blue Ash, Loveland, Springdale, Reading, Montgomery, North College Hill, Madeira, Wyoming, Milford, Hillsboro, Mount Healthy, Bellevue, Deer Park, Dayton and Blanchester.
