Coastal waters from Surf City to Cape Fear NC out 20 nm. Waters from Surf City to Cape Fear NC from 20 to 40 nm. * Until 1100 PM EDT. * At 1001 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 9 nm south of Ar355 to 10 nm southwest of Wr4, moving east at 35 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Wr4, Wr2, and School House Reef.
