HAZARD. Wind gusts in excess of 30 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Asheboro, Lexington, Albemarle, Troy, Badin Lake, Ansonville, Linwood, Plyler, Midland, and Polkton.

Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 736 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving thunderstorms continuously redeveloping over the same area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
