Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Albany, Watervliet, Colonie, Delmar, Guilderland, Menands, Voorheesville, Feura Bush, Loudonville, New Scotland, Clarksville, Shakers, Bleecker Stadium, Slingerlands, Meadowdale, Normansville, West Albany, Karlsfeld, Maywood, and New Salem. This includes the following highways. Interstate 90 between exits 6 and 24. Interstate 87 between exits 23 and 5.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 449 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
