Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Bellows Falls, Saxtons River, Westminster, Rockingham, Athens, North Westminster, Hadley Field, Brockways Mills, Cambridgeport, and Westminster Station.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of east central New York, including the following county, Greene. * WHEN. Until 645 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 449 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
