In New Jersey, Cumberland. * WHEN. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 2 AM EDT Friday. For the Coastal Flood Watch, from Friday evening through late Friday night. * IMPACTS. At this level, widespread roadway flooding occurs in coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal waterways. Many roads become impassable. Some damage to vulnerable structures may begin to occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Increasing onshore flow during the day on Friday combined with the higher astronomical tides will increase the potential for moderate coastal flooding with the Friday night high tide.
