* WHAT. Up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE. In New Jersey, Gloucester, Camden and Northwestern Burlington. In Pennsylvania, Delaware, Philadelphia and Lower Bucks. * WHEN. From 2 AM to 7 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS. At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. The high tide late tonight into early Saturday morning is forecast to have the highest water levels and greatest impacts with this stretch of coastal flooding, and high tide water levels will lower over the weekend however there could still be some lingering minor tidal flooding.

Until 10 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS. Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tidal flooding is only anticipated to remain a threat along the back bays of Barnegat Bay. Tidal flooding is not expected on the Atlantic side of Ocean County.
