Portions of central, east central, and southeast Missouri, including the following areas, in central Missouri, Cole MO, Moniteau MO and Osage MO. In east central Missouri, Crawford MO, Franklin MO, Gasconade MO and Washington MO. In southeast Missouri, Iron MO, Madison MO, Reynolds MO and Saint Francois MO. * WHEN. From this evening through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Thunderstorms are expected to train repeatedly over the same locations tonight and Sunday morning, leading to localized rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches.

Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following areas, Bourbon, Cherokee and Crawford and Missouri, including the following areas, Barry, Barton, Benton, Camden, Cedar, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Dent, Douglas, Greene, Hickory, Howell, Jasper, Laclede, Lawrence, Maries, McDonald, Miller, Morgan, Newton, Oregon, Ozark, Phelps, Polk, Pulaski, Shannon, St. Clair, Stone, Taney, Texas, Vernon, Webster and Wright. * WHEN. From this evening through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Repeated rounds of thunderstorms are possible Saturday evening into Sunday morning. Widespread rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches with localized amounts of 5-7 inches are possible.
