Until 345 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 344 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain has caused the James and Finley river basins to increase. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings. Finley River at Highway Z, Woods Fork at Woods Fork Road, Finley River at Johns Ford Road, Bull Creek at Center Road, Pedelo Creek at Highway U, Parchcorn Creek at Smyrna Road and Swan Creek at Swan Cave Road. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
