Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Bourbon, Cherokee and Crawford and Missouri, including the following counties, Barton, Jasper, McDonald, Newton and Vernon. * WHEN. Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
