Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Mississippi River at Clarksville. * WHEN. From Monday morning to early Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS. At 27.2 feet, Silo Park just northwest of Clarksville off Highway 79 begins flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 23.3 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 27.6 feet early Tuesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
