A portion of east central Missouri, including the following county and independent city, northeastern Saint Louis and northeastern Saint Louis City. * WHEN. Until 1100 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 756 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. St. Louis, Florissant, University City, Kirkwood, Hazelwood, Webster Groves, Ferguson, Overland, Clayton, Jennings, Crestwood, Bellefontaine Neighbors, Berkeley, Richmond Heights, Ladue, Sunset Hills, Des Peres, Brentwood, Maplewood and Black Jack.
