The areas most susceptible to flooding continue to be where heavy rain fell earlier this evening, mainly the southeastern to eastern Twin Cities metro, greater Mankato area, and portions of Goodhue County. * WHAT. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of south central and southeast Minnesota, including the following areas, in south central Minnesota, Blue Earth, Le Sueur, Rice, Steele and Waseca. In southeast Minnesota, Goodhue. The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch will expire at 10 PM CDT this evening.
