At 558 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Delavan, or 25 miles east of Fairmont, moving northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Blue Earth, Wells, New Richland, Ellendale, Minnesota Lake, Bricelyn, Hartland, Freeborn, Pemberton, Waldorf, Easton, and Frost. This includes the following highways. Interstate 35 between mile markers 27 and 28. Interstate 90 between mile markers 117 and 143. U.S. Highway 14 between mile markers 149 and 153, and between mile markers 156 and 158. U.S. Highway 169 between mile markers 7 and 17.
