The areas affected include. Nearshore and Open Waters from Whitehall to Manistee MI. At 840 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms were located 30 nm west of Big Sable Point Light, moving east at 40 knots. Locations impacted include. Ludington Light, Little Sable Point Light, Big Sable Point Light, and Manistee Light.
