Nearshore and Open Waters from Pentwater to Manistee MI. * Until 1030 PM EDT. * At 905 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 14 nm west of Big Sable Point Light, moving east at 30 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Ludington Light, Big Sable Point Light, and Pentwater Pier Heads.

The areas affected include. Nearshore and Open Waters from Whitehall to Manistee MI. At 840 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms were located 30 nm west of Big Sable Point Light, moving east at 40 knots. Locations impacted include. Ludington Light, Little Sable Point Light, Big Sable Point Light, and Manistee Light.

Until 2 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS. Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Winds and waves will peak this evening before subsiding overnight. Winds and waves will also be briefly higher in and near thunderstorms which are expected between 800pm and 300am tonight.
