From Thursday morning through Friday evening. * IMPACTS. Small streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches with locally higher amounts is possible in the watch area. This in combination with 1 to 2 inches of snowmelt will lead to small stream flooding. Urban and low lying flooding is also possible.
