Through this evening. * IMPACTS. Small rivers, creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Storm total rainfall of 2 to 3 inches will combine with up to 1.75" of snowmelt to cause urban and low lying flooding of poor drainage areas.
