At 323 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Jeanerette, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include. Franklin, Patterson, Jeanerette, Berwick, Bayou Vista, Burns Point, Baldwin, Loreauville, Ellerslie, Patterson Memorial Airport, Glencoe, Sorrel, Cote Blanche Island, Charenton, Lydia, and Centerville.

Vermilion and West Cote Blanche Bays. * Until 415 AM CDT. * At 315 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 nm northeast of Vermilion Bay, moving southeast at 25 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts to 40 knots and large hail. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in structural damage. * Locations impacted include. West Cote Blanche Bay.
