The Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black Hawk-Grundy County line. to the Cedar River in Waterloo. * WHEN. From Wednesday evening to late Thursday morning. * IMPACTS. At 14.0 feet, Water affects Watters Rd. Some residential evacuations may be needed. Water also affects Ridgeway Ave at US 63 in Waterloo. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 8.1 feet. - Forecast. Flood stage may be reached late Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

In northwest Iowa, Emmet, Palo Alto and Pocahontas. In south central Iowa, Madison, Mahaska, Marion and Warren. In southwest Iowa, Adair and Cass.
