The Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black Hawk-Grundy County line. to the Cedar River in Waterloo. * WHEN. From Wednesday evening to late Thursday morning. * IMPACTS. At 14.0 feet, Water affects Watters Rd. Some residential evacuations may be needed. Water also affects Ridgeway Ave at US 63 in Waterloo. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 2:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 8.4 feet. - Forecast. Flood stage may be reached late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

Portions of central, north central, northeast, northwest, south central, southwest, and west central Iowa, including the following counties, in central Iowa, Boone, Dallas, Grundy, Hamilton, Hardin, Jasper, Marshall, Polk, Poweshiek, Story, Tama and Webster. In north central Iowa, Butler, Cerro Gordo, Franklin, Hancock, Humboldt, Kossuth, Winnebago, Worth and Wright. In northeast Iowa, Black Hawk and Bremer. In northwest Iowa, Emmet, Palo Alto and Pocahontas. In south central Iowa, Madison, Mahaska, Marion and Warren. In southwest Iowa, Adair and Cass. In west central Iowa, Audubon, Calhoun, Carroll, Crawford, Greene, Guthrie and Sac. * WHEN. Through this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - 3 to 5 inches of rain have already fallen over portions of northern and north central Iowa. Slow moving storms with efficient rainfall rates will continue through the early morning hours, and could impact the morning commute.

Through this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will continue today. Some heavy rainfall has already occurred over parts of Dodge and Mower counties in southeast Minnesota near a stationary boundary. Additional rainfall, some heavy is forecast to occur with storms this morning as deeper moisture and a storm system approaches the area. More rain overspreads the area again this afternoon as the storm system moves through.
