The following counties in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson. The following counties in Ohio, Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Warren. * WHEN. From 8 PM EDT this evening through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Soils are saturated from last night's rainfall and excessive runoff from storms tonight will significantly increase the potential for flooding and flash flooding.

In southeast Indiana, Jennings. * WHEN. From 6 PM EDT this evening through late tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Thunderstorms yesterday produced 1.5 to 3 inches across portions of Southeastern Indiana.
