* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. * WHEN. Until 730 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 128 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Radar was estimating over 2 and a half inches of rain has fallen over the last 2 hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. New Castle, Lynn, Mooreland, Losantville, Modoc, Blountsville and Summit Lake State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
