* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of central Indiana, including the following counties, Hancock, Johnson, Marion and Shelby. * WHEN. Until 1100 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 518 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain with embedded thunder. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. In west central Indiana, Montgomery, Owen and Putnam. * WHEN. Until 900 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 256 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain with embedded thunder. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen since Tuesday afternoon. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area through mid morning. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
