Flood Watch for the entire State of Hawaii Wednesday through at least Friday. * WHAT. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. All the main Hawaiian islands. * WHEN. From Wednesday morning through Friday evening. * IMPACTS. Significant flooding may occur due to the overflow of streams and drainages. Roads in several areas may be closed, along with property damage in urban or low lying spots due to runoff. Landslides may also occur in areas with steep terrain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - A kona low developing north of the state will bring the potential for heavy rain and thunderstorms over portions of the state from Wednesday through Friday and possibly continuing through the weekend. The highest chances for excessive rainfall appear to be over Oahu and Maui county later Wednesday and Wednesday night, then slowly shift westward, with the focus mainly on Kauai by later Friday.
