SMWMFL The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a * Special Marine Warning for. Coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL out 20 NM. Waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM. * Until 615 PM EDT. * At 547 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 10 nm east of Palm Beach, moving east at 20 knots. HAZARD. Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small hail. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Jupiter Inlet, Jupiter Inlet Colony, Palm Beach Shores, Juno Beach, Tequesta, North Palm Beach, Jupiter, and Riviera Beach.

At 540 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles northwest of Loxahatchee NWR, or 13 miles west of Wellington, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include. West Palm Beach, Wellington, Greenacres, Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee Groves, Lion Country Safari Park, Golden Lakes, Loxahatchee NWR, Village Of Golf, The Acreage, Aberdeen, Aberdeen Golf Course, and Florida Gardens.
