At 752 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 16 nm east of Palm Beach Shores to 16 nm east of Ocean Ridge to 17 nm east of Highland Beach, moving east at 15 to 20 knots.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of southeast Florida, including the following county, Palm Beach. * WHEN. Until 815 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 710 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorm. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen from the thunderstorms. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area with the thunderstorms.
