FFWLZK The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. Southwestern Conway County in central Arkansas. Southern Pope County in central Arkansas. Northeastern Logan County in western Arkansas. * Until 1130 PM CDT. * At 820 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that were nearly stationary producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Russellville. Morrilton. Dardanelle. Atkins. Pottsville. London. Happy Bend. Piney in Garland County. Lake Dardanelle. Gum Log. Economy. Blackwell. Kenwood. Delaware. Ludwig. This includes locations along Interstate 40 between Knoxville and Morrilton.

Blackwell. Kenwood. Delaware. Ludwig. Over 3 inches of rain has been measured in Russellville with heavy rain ongoing. Numerous roadways in and around Russellville are under water and impassable.
