Western Choctawhatchee Bay. * Until 245 AM CDT. * At 1243 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Gulf Shores Beach to 13 nm east of Farewell Buoy to 19 nm southeast of Sand Island Lighthouse to 32 nm south of Fort Morgan, moving east at 35 knots.
