At 502 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Wilkerson, or 8 miles southwest of Boxelder, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Boxelder, Naples, Omaha, Us 259 And I 30 Intersection, Wilkerson, Cookville, Rocky Branch, Dalby Springs, Talco, Spring Hill, Harts Bluff, Lydia, and Cuthand.

FFWSHV The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. West Central Little River County in southwestern Arkansas. Southern McCurtain County in southeastern Oklahoma. Northwestern Bowie County in northeastern Texas. Northern Red River County in northeastern Texas. * Until 545 AM CDT. * At 246 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Southern and Southwest McCurtain County resulting in flooded roads. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Trained spotters reported. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Idabel, Manchester, Arkinda, Valliant, Millerton, Haworth, Garvin, Bryarly, Albion, Silver City, Farmers Hill, Harris, English, Negley, Redland, Goodlake, Bokhoma, Kiomatia, Slim and Moon.
