At 303 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles southwest of Jamestown to 6 miles northwest of Waverly, moving northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 45 mph, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and very heavy rain. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include. Columbus, Lancaster, Grove City, Hilliard, Pickerington, Washington Court House, Circleville, London, Jefferson, Canal Winchester, Groveport, West Jefferson, Ashville, Cedarville, Mount Sterling, South Bloomfield, South Charleston, Mechanicsburg, Bremen, and Jeffersonville. This includes the following Interstates. I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 64 and 101, and between mile markers 104 and 105. I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 67 and 108.

Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
