Central Person County in central North Carolina. * Until 800 AM EDT. * At 501 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Roxboro, Bethel Hill, Mayo Reservoir and Bushy Fork.

Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 400 AM EDT, Although the heavy rain has ended, the 3 to 5 inches of rainfall overnight will result in continued rises along streams and creeks. Specifically, areas around Middle Creek will be prone to flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
