From 7 AM CDT this morning through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, bayous, creeks, streams and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - The Northwest Flow pattern of late has saturated soils across most if not all of the Four-State area in recent days. Bayou Dorcheat At Lake Bistineau affecting Red River, Webster, Bossier and Bienville Parishes. For the Bayou Dorcheat. including Lake Bistineau. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Bayou Dorcheat at Lake Bistineau. * WHEN. From late tonight until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 142.5 feet, Expect some minor flooding of low area camps, however, all access roadways will remain open. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 142.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 141.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue rising to 142.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
