FFWLZK The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. Northwestern Lonoke County in central Arkansas. Western White County in central Arkansas. Eastern Cleburne County in north central Arkansas. Southwestern Independence County in north central Arkansas. * Until 1100 PM CDT. * At 750 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen over the past 2 hours. over some areas that already saw 1 to 3 inches rain this morning. Additional heavy rainfall is possible. As a result. flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include.
