Southwestern Independence County in north central Arkansas. * Until 1100 PM CDT. * At 750 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen over the past 2 hours. over some areas that already saw 1 to 3 inches rain this morning. Additional heavy rainfall is possible. As a result. flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT.
