Northwestern Lincoln County in southeastern Arkansas. West central Arkansas County in southeastern Arkansas. * Until 830 PM CDT. * At 740 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Pine Bluff Arsenal, or 7 miles northwest of Pine Bluff, moving southeast at 25 mph. This storm has a history of producing quarter-sized hail, most recently in White Hall. HAZARD. 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT.
