* WHAT. Large breaking waves of 5 to 10 feet in the surf zone. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways (3.4 to 13.3 feet Mean Lower Low Water). * WHERE. Eastern Massachusetts coast, including Cape Cod and the Islands. * WHEN. For the High Surf Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from noon today to 6 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS. Roads remain passable. Shallow pockets of flooding less than one foot deep affect more vulnerable coastal roads. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and beach erosion.
