Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * The strong thunderstorm will be near. Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel and Willoughby Bay around 105 AM EDT. Little Creek around 110 AM EDT.

At 136 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located over Rudee Inlet, moving southeast at 20 knots.
