At 600 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Omer to Payton to Mountain Valley. Movement was northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. West Liberty, Henry, Lewis, Wellington, Zag, Burkhart, Florress, Rexville, Lick Branch, Index, Bethanna, Gifford, Pekin, Omer, Wonnie, Bangor, Kernie, Sellars, Panama, and White Oak. THIS INCLUDES Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway between mile markers 57 and 73.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Morehead, Owingsville, Sandy Hook, Frenchburg, Marshall, Henry, Wellington, Salt Lick, Zag, Elliottville, Pekin, Christy, Omer, Hilda, Bourbon Furnace, Pebble, Pine Ridge, Bangor, Muses Mills, and Wallingford. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS. Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway between mile markers 39 and 41. Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky between mile markers 121 and 149.
