At 557 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Cadentown, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Lexington, Winchester, Cadentown, Hootentown, Chilesburg, Lyndale, Lisletown, Athens, Avon, and Tebbs.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of central Kentucky, including the following county, Bourbon. * WHEN. Until 730 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 530 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
