Slow moving showers and thunderstorms dropping very heavy rainfall in southwest Pasco into northern Pinellas Counties. * WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of west central Florida, including the following counties, Pasco and Pinellas. * WHEN. Until 500 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 247 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers and thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. New Port Richey, Holiday, Beacon Square, East Lake, Palm Harbor, New Port Richey East, Keystone, Oldsmar, Elfers, Trinity and Crystal Beach. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
