Western Tillman County in southwestern Oklahoma. * Until 930 PM CDT. * At 839 PM CDT, the leading edge of winds from a line of severe thunderstorms was located along a line extending from 3 miles north of Headrick to 3 miles north of Tipton to 8 miles south of Humphreys, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD. 70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE. At 8:25 pm, a 68 mph wind gust occurred at the Altus Mesonet site. IMPACT. Expect considerable tree damage.
