At 653 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Lake Diversion to 6 miles northwest of Lake Arrowhead. Movement was south at 20 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include. Wichita Falls, Archer City, Iowa Park, Holliday, Scotland, Windthorst, Lake Arrowhead, Sheppard AFB, Lake Diversion, Dundee, Mankins, Lake Kickapoo, Lakeside City, and Pleasant Valley.

Portions of southwest Oklahoma, including the following county, Cotton and northern Texas, including the following counties, Clay and Wichita. * WHEN. Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 548 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include.
