Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin, Grady, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, Kiowa, Lincoln, McClain, Murray, Oklahoma, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Stephens and Tillman and northern Texas, including the following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger. * WHEN. Through late tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are expected this evening and tonight. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Deep Red Creek near Randlett. * WHEN. From this morning to late this evening. * IMPACTS. At 22.0 feet, Flood depths up to 2 feet occur over croplands. pastures. and low-lying local roads along and near the creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 20.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Forecast. The Deep Red Creek is expected to rise to a crest of 22.0 feet this afternoon. At 23.0 feet, Valley-wide flooding of croplands. pastures. and local roads occurs and is accompanied by flood depths up to 3 feet with swift currents. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 22.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Forecast. The Deep Red Creek is expected to rise to a crest of 23.2 feet this evening.
