* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE. A portion of northern Texas, including the following counties, Baylor, Foard, Hardeman, Knox and Wilbarger. * WHEN. Through 7 PM this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Additional heavy rainfall in areas that already received significant rainfall may result in flooding today. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of southwest Oklahoma, including the following county, Tillman and northern Texas, including the following counties, Wichita and Wilbarger. * WHEN. Until 500 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 153 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Wichita Falls, Burkburnett, Iowa Park, Electra, Davidson, Sheppard AFB, Pleasant Valley, Haynesville and Cashion.
