At 10.0 feet, the right bank overflows, and minor flooding of the Spencer city park and some rural agricultural areas begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.6 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday was 10.9 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.7 feet this afternoon.
