At 216 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Garden City to near Palmetto. Movement was southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD. Winds in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Baton Rouge, Zachary, Baker, Mccomb, New Roads, Jackson, St. Francisville, Clinton, Liberty, Greensburg, Summit, Centreville, Livonia, Maringouin, Woodville, Slaughter, Gloster, Fordoche, Rosedale, and Morganza. This includes the following Interstates. Interstate 55 in Mississippi between mile markers 15 and 23. Interstate 110 in Louisiana near mile marker 8.
